Sometimes I feel like the woman in the old Virginia Slims Ad. You've come a long way baby!
Improvement has been steady in everything I've done since the middle of last year. It has not been an overnight occurrence, and has not come without patience. Every day is a new learning experience, every race is a mound of opportunities. I'm so blessed (or lucky if you prefer the term) to have a great hubby that supports me in everything I do, great friends, and an awesome coach/friend.
June is approaching quickly.... it will be a great experience this time around.
